The Hafren BEC is back after a year out with rounds 5&6 of the Michelin British Enduro Championship on Sat/Sun 3/4th August.
The start will be at Llanidloes Rugby Club with its great facilities. The 1st test will be the “usual” big
grassy MX test just down the road from the start. Service and an all new Enduro
test will be up at Glynhafren Farm using some of the area last used for the Extreme
test for the WEC back in 2008, it will be mostly in the forest with some out on a big
grass field. For this year we have decided to go back to the old long lap format we
haven’t used for a number of years with a big old school 45 mile lap consisting of
farmland and forestry tracks. Club members having been working on the route for the past few months, and it promises to be a real cracker.Entries will open on the 21st June on the ACU online system, and will be
limited to 180, so get in quick to avoid disappointment.
