With the date now confirmed for Sunday 20th October, entries will open at 7pm on Sunday 15th September on the ACU online entry system.
Planning for this event is well underway, and format will be very similar to previous years. Start will be at the superb all weather Sweet Lamb motorsport complex, which offers guaranteed hard standing parking whatever the weather. There wil be 50 mile lap wih a few changes form previous years route. It will be a mix of open moorland, gravel roads, and forestry tracks and trails, with 3 special stages, and plenty of spectacular Mid Wales countryside. It will include a few more challenging optional routes on the liaison sections. Entry fee is £75.
Class changes are in line with the All Terrain Rally Challenge Championship, classes are as follows:
Rally Lite 1 – 2 stroke up to 250cc, 4 stroke up to 350cc
Rally Lite 2 – 2 stroke over 250cc, 4 stroke over 350cc
Big Bike over 575cc single
Twin – Twin cylinder machines
Trail – Manufacturer described trail bikes
Beginners – (1 lap less, running at back of field)
There will also be awards for Best O/40, O/50, O/60 & Lady.
Please grade your ability between 1-10 on the entry form, 1 being Expert and 10 being Novice. This will be used to determine the starting order so entrants are riding with people of similar speed and ability. If you wish to ride with a mate or group of mates, please add this in the relevant section on the entry form, as this is much easier than getting loads of emails requesting this.
